Shabby Little Fellas Ltd Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shabby Little Fellas Ltd! Because we offer a mix of custom print-on-demand items, physical stock, digital downloads, and pre-orders, different rules apply to different products. Please read our guidelines below.
  1. Print-on-Demand (P.O.D.) & Personalised Items
  • Products: Long-sleeve t-shirts, personalised mugs, cushions, blankets, aprons, tea towels, and Eid cards.
  • Policy: These items are printed or made to order just for you. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
  • Timeframe: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, the order is sent to our printing partners and cannot be changed or stopped.
  1. On-Hand Physical Stock (Warehouse & Local Inventory)
  • Products: Keyrings and physical books.
  • Policy: You can cancel these items at any time before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • Returns: If the item has already shipped, you must return it to us in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  1. Digital Goods
  • Products: Digital books (e-books).
  • Policy: All digital downloads are final sale. Once the download link is generated or accessed, we cannot offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.
  1. Pre-Orders
  • Products: Ramadan calendar pre-orders and Eid tree pre-orders.
  • Policy: You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time up until the official processing date (the date we begin packing or manufacturing the batch). Once processing starts, pre-orders follow our standard physical stock or custom items policy.
  1. How to Request a Cancellation
    To cancel an eligible order, please email us immediately at sales@shabbylittlefellas.com with your Order Number and the name of the item you wish to cancel.
  2. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
