Salaam. I'm Ali. I grow corn and rice. Big fields. Lots of water. Lots of work. In summer the corn is tall. In winter we plant rice. When it’s harvest time, the whole family helps. We fill sacks. We feed thousands of people. This is how we eat. This is how we live. Farming teaches you to be strong and to be patient. You can’t control the rain. But you can do your best. I want you to waste less food. And to be grateful for every grain.
