Salaam. I'm Sa'id. I’m a fisherman. I go to sea before sunrise. The water is dark and calm. I cast my nets. I wait. Sometimes we catch a lot. Sometimes a little. The sea decides. I respect it. I bring the fish to market. Fresh fish for dinner. My father taught me how to read the waves and the wind. It’s hard work, but it’s freedom. I want you to respect the ocean. And to thank the people who bring food from the sea.
