Salaam. I'm Latif. I’m a dairy farmer. I have cows, camels and goats. Every morning and evening I milk them. Then we make yogurt, laban, and cheese. Fresh. Every day. The cows are like family. I know each one.

If they’re happy, the milk is good. I deliver to families nearby. People taste the difference. Fresh is better. Hard work is better. I wake up early, but I’m proud. I want you to support local farmers.
